These updates introduce expanded functionalities, including the Contact Profile Info milestone within the subscription agreement workflow, as well as added features for the Enter Subscription Information milestone. Together, they enable GPs to collect and process all the investor details required to meet Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance responsibilities while ensuring data governance across the entire investment lifecycle. 

How Does It Work? 

The updates in Investment Manager expand the number of data fields for investor profile completion and provide custom options to tailor data collection to specific needs. Through flexible questionnaire-style sections, GPs can capture as many data points as needed for compliance purposes, while new investors can complete the entire onboarding process through the Investor Portal. 

Once submitted, the data is securely stored in the Investment Manager database, with any updates automatically reflected across the system, eliminating the need for data transfers from other systems. This centralized storage ensures information is easily accessible, allowing GPs to export it for KYC/AML checks and review all relevant investor details.
