Yardi Investment Manager Enhancements Go Live

Feedback from clients regularly becomes incorporated into new features that enhance the functionality of Yardi software solutions. One example is Yardi Investment Manager, an element of the Yardi Investment Suite that helps real estate investors track capital, manages new investment opportunities and provides a branded investor portal for real estate investment management companies.

• Investment level landing pages configurable to the type of investment allowing flexibility in what information is presented to investors.
• Property-level information on investments drawn directly from Yardi Voyager or Yardi Breeze Premier. Only Yardi Investment Manager provides this level of connectivity to Yardi solutions, increasing efficiency, accuracy and eliminating the need to transfer and reconcile data with disparate point solutions.
• Consideration for Investment Advisors with easy access to multiple investors’ information and documents.
