Yardi x AREF: Exploring the Role of Data and Technology in Investment Decisions

We’re excited to partner with AREF (The Association of Real Estate Funds) on a new research collaboration, exploring how data and technology are influencing investment decision-making within the real estate funds industry.

This joint initiative aims to gather insights from investment professionals, fund managers, and senior decision-makers, including COOs, CTOs, and CFOs, to understand how data and tech are shaping strategies, addressing challenges, and driving performance.

Why take part?

By contributing your perspective, you’ll help build an industry-wide view of how real estate investment firms are evolving their use of data and technology and gain early access to the findings.  

A co-branded white paper will be published later this year, which will summarise the findings and offer evidence-based benchmarks, emerging trends, and strategic insights. This will be made available to AREF members and the wider industry, with participants getting a first look at the insights.
